Via Insider News East Midlands:

A car retailer has moved into new offices at Grove Park in Leicester in what is thought to be one of the largest office lettings at the site in the past 12 months.

Sytner Group has taken 16,174 sq ft at Grove Park after it was vacated by HSBC.

The deal was led by Brodie Faint, associate at Phillips Sutton, on behalf of client CCLA. Joint agent on the letting was David Edwards at Fiducia.

Faint said: “Sytner were the first company to approach us and successfully agree a deal before competition from other interested parties.

“The deal represents one of the largest office lettings at Grove Park over the past 12 months and continues to show that there strong demand for good quality out of town office accommodation in Leicester. It’s a great result for our client and the Sytner Group and we wish them all the best in their new premises.”
