Aman Verma

Aman joined Phillips Sutton in 2023, having a wealth of experience offering valuable knowledge and expertise. He is well-established in Leicester having assisted clients with acquisitions, disposals, landlord and tenant advice, as well as, commercial and residential development.

Aman is a former professional footballer who still remains active with interests that include going to the gym, running, cycling and various sports.

Bobby Brown

Bobby joined Phillips Sutton in 2019 as an apprentice surveyor following his time a Beauchamp College and is currently studying with the University College of Estate Management in Reading.

He specializes in retail agency on a national scale with a focus on local centre, high street, and roadside lettings. Notable clients include Henry Davidson Developments, Telereal Trillium, and Panther PLC. Bobby’s main interests are Football, Running, and Formula One.

Sam Sutton

Sam is founder and Director of Phillips Sutton, which he started in 2013 having previously gained experience with Fuller Peiser, Atis Real and North Rae Sanders over a career spanning 15 years.

He specialises in development and investment in the industrial and roadside retail sectors. Key clients include EPIL, HDD, Suon, CCLA and Pears. His interests include Rugby, Horse Racing and Cycling.

Brodie Faint

Brodie joined Phillips Sutton in 2015 having worked in the residential agency and management sector for 7 years.

He specialises in office and industrial agency, with a focus on landlord lettings of multi let space. Notable transactions include Peat House Leicester, and Colton Square Leicester. Key clients include REI, CCLA, IPIF and Eskmuir. Brodie hails from New Zealand and is a keen Rugby fan.
